Salmon Heads with Lemon
 

Have you ever seen a more beautiful sight? Although it may look like a surreal work of art, it is actually a gourmet experience. Boil the salmon heads for five to ten minutes in water along with salt, pepper corns, laurel leaves, lemons, a dash of white wine and a dash of vinegar.
